Rukkus is looking for an outgoing College Marketing Intern to work part-time for a 3 month, 6 month or 1 year (the duration of the internship is flexible, and will be determined based on the applicant’s preference and schedule prior to starting.) We’re specifically looking for smart and passionate college interns who are interested in getting their their feet wet in what marketing looks like in a tech start-up.
This internship will involve developing and implementing short-term as well as long-term strategic marketing projects by applying course learnings to real-world marketing and campaign management goals. Please note this internship is for college credit only.
Here are a few things you will participate in as a Marketing Intern at Rukkus:
-Communicate (via email, Skype or phone) on a frequent basis to gain mentorship, set goals and assess results
-Learn and develop strategies for growth and user acquisition
-Develop marketing and demographic research skills
-Learn to plan and execute customized and targeted marketing campaigns
-Perform competitor analysis
-Beta test new features and provide detailed feedback for improvement
-Eager to learn
-Excellent writing skills
-Majoring in marketing or communication (helpful, but not required)
-Must have an iPhone or iOS device (iPad, iPod touch) or Android
-Must have current standing as a college student
-Must be able to receive college credit for internship
