Church: Southwood Baptist Church, 11 Griscom Lane, West Deptford, NJ 08096, evangelical church located in southern area of New Jersey, 20 minutes from Philadelphia, 60 minutes from the Jersey shore. Elder led church with Sunday am attendance of 250. Worship is blended.

Brief Job Description: Provide appropriate biblical servant leadership over the youth/singles ministry for ages from Junior High through singles (19-25) under the supervision of the senior pastor and elder board. Reach out to the student bodies of 11 area high schools, 3 college campuses, and the home education community. Mentor and develop the youth staff and youth ministry teams and singles leadership to develop a strong discipleship and outreach ministry. Utilize effective organizational skills to ensure that ministry details and developments are appropriately covered and advanced. Keep a healthy heart before the Lord and to others in a way that becomes contagious. Manifest a heart for the glory of God and a heart for the evangelism and edification of people. Work in partnership with the senior pastor and elder board for the development and fulfillment of the total church vision and ministry.

Qualifications: Undergrad degree or seminary degree, married, experienced through internship or full-time employment in related ministry. Demonstrated ability to lead, organize, communicate, facilitate, and motivate.

Relationships: Reports directly to the senior pastor
