Description:

Spring Lake Church is seeking a Pastor of Marriage and Family Ministries. This person will provide pastoral leadership in the promotion of healthy Christian family life experiences both within the home and corporately within the church body, oversee the lay counseling ministries of the church, do counseling as directed by the Senior Pastor, and oversee the Premarital Ministry. The responsibilities shall include oversight of all Children and Youth staff members and recruiting and training lay counselors. A Master's degree or higher in a counseling related major is required and experience in family systems and service in a large church is preferred.
