Star of Hope Ministries, Inc., Paterson, New Jersey is seeking an Executive Director with inner-city, not-for-profit leadership experience, skills and vision. The candidate must possess strong relational and communication skills in multicultural and multiethnic settings, demonstrated organizational leadership abilities and have a passion for inner-city Christian Community Development. Pay depends on experience, $80,000-90,000.
Star of Hope Ministries, Inc. is an intermediary Christian non-profit organization with a current staff of 10. The ministry works in partnership with a member network of approximately 60 diverse churches and community organizations in and around the city of Paterson. Star of Hope seeks to enhance local church and organizational capacities to address pain and poverty in the truth and power of the gospel of the Lord Jesus through leadership and church development, community engagement, and resource support.
