Missions Coach at TEAM (The Evangelical Alliance Mission)

Description:

The Missions Coach will contribute to the purpose of TEAM by bringing about increased commitment to and involvement with missions generally and TEAM in particular. This will be done by

o casting a compelling missions vision for those presently unengaged in missions
o coaching those presently moving towards missionary service
o resourcing the local church in their efforts to mobilize their own people towards missionary service
• loves God and people with a fervency that provokes a passion for missions
• has prior missions experience
• has previous recruitment experience (preferred)
• can effectively relate the importance of missions in individual and group settings
• will be comfortable interacting with pastors and church staff
• demonstrates enough technological proficiency to effectively manage a heavy email load; communicate through video conferencing;keep accurate records of inquiries, meetings, etc.
• can keep track of the details involved in setting up events, follow-up with reports, etc.
• is able to travel domestically and internationally as needed
