Description:
The Crossing Fellowship of Gothenburg, Nebraska, is a new church in central Nebraska looking for a full-time pastor/elder to partner with the church leadership to grow relationships and develop maturing followers of Jesus Christ to reach our community and the world with His message.
- Gifted speaker - to clearly communicate Bible based/ applicable messages for worship services
- Discipler-continually discipling potential leaders who can in turn disciple others
- Leader - be able to provide direction and equip the body in kingdom service
- Relational - to love each member and attender where they are at and yet encourage growth in their personal walk with God.
- Service - to humbly serve the body of Christ, seeking others needs first
- Team player - understanding the body is comprised of individuals following Christ. It is about seeing Christ glorified and not ourselves.
