The Fellowship at Forest Creek is a growing, non-denominational church located in Round Rock, Texas. The mission of our church is to “Reach People for Christ and to Help Believers Grow to Be Like Him”. Our church is poised for tremendous growth in one of the fastest growing cities in the country.

We are looking for a Senior Pastor with leadership experience, a strong teaching presence, and an ability to envision exciting and effective programs that will enable us to fulfill our mission in Central Texas. Our church places a priority on filling the position with a man of prayer who meets the qualifications of a pastor, teacher, and elder as found in scripture.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
-Serve as the spiritual leader of the entire church congregation
-Serve as the primary teaching pastor for the church congregation.
-Serve as the Chairman and a voting member of the Elder Board to ensure the spiritual health of the church and to develop strategies that will support our Mission
-Serve as the Manager of the Administrative Staff to ensure the daily functioning of the church and its properties.
-Work closely with, and develop pastors, Ministry Team Leaders and Small Group Leaders, and guide them in developing effective programming that will reach the seekers in our community and to develop the spiritual maturity of the members of our church


Desired Qualification:
-8+ years of ministry experience which includes having served as a Teaching Pastor, Senior Pastor, or Associate Teaching Pastor, including direct oversight of lead staff and volunteer ministry leaders
-Master of Divinity or equivalent from an Accredited Seminary with theology consistency with The Fellowship at Forest Creek
-Previously Ordained
-Primary Spiritual Gifts should be Evangelism, Teaching, Leadership.
-Must meet the qualifications of an Elder as found in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1
