Responsibilities:
Contact Navigators donors by phone for a variety of funding needs. Requires 12-19 hours weekly to complete 50+ fundraising calls. Must be comfortable with and enjoy praying on the phone with donors. Complete daily keying of donor pledges, interests, demographic information, etc. accurately into online database. Two-week training period listening to and making calls over 8-10 days. Attend bi-monthly Teleministry meetings as scheduled.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Must have the ability to communicate personably and professionally by phone. Good command of Microsoft Word and willingness to learn new data systems. Must have access to Navigator-designated long distance telephone carrier at home. Understands and embraces The Navigators Statement of Faith and the Mission of The Navigators.
