Responsibilities:
NavPress Call Center seeking Customer Service Representative to make outbound warm calls to church staff and other ministry organizations to give them the opportunity to buy NavPress Books, Bible Studies and The Message Bible. The position will require the Customer Service Representative to make 65 to 100 calls a day, close the sale and enter the order into our order entry system called Great Plains. You will provide customers with accurate information and handle other request the caller may have while you are on the phone with them. Work in a fun and fantastic call center! Great ground floor opportunity.
Qualifications:
Basic High School diploma required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; strong customer service and phone skills required, detail oriented. Possess sales ability or aptitude with excellent communication skills. Two years experience needed in telemarketing and customer service, this is an entry-level position. Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators.
