The Athletic Office Manager is charged with making a positive first impression for people calling and visiting the Valor Athletic Department. Qualified personnel must be courteous, professional, patient and helpful. The duties of this position are widely varied and require a broad array of skills. The Athletics Office Manager will be directly responsible to design and develop systems to help the Athletic Department run efficiently, communicate properly and maintain integrity within CHSAA guidelines. Customer service overarches the five primary areas of responsibility for the Athletics Office Manager: Communications, Website/Marketing Production, Coordination of Human Resources, CHSAA Processes/Athletic Department, Scheduling, and Executive Assistant related functions.
