Video Production intern will shoot and edit highlight videos, documentaries, online training videos for staff and volunteers, and non-profit promotional videos. All necessary equipment will be provided by YFC.
The intern will conduct small video shoots solo (if skills allow) and help out with larger shoots with a team of 2-3 as production assistant with audio, lighting, camera-work, logging, etc. The intern will also provide various post-production efforts from editing to motion graphics and DVD design; answer phones, support volunteers, and help maintain the office.
The intern will report to the marketing and innovation teams.
Qualifications:
Youth for Christ/USA is searching for a well organized, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills. Applicants should have some post-production and interactive media experience prior to this internship, especially in Final Cut Pro and the Mac OSX operating system.
Internship Details:
40 hours per week preferred with flexible office hours, part-time can be negotiated. The internship lasts three months at our national headquarters in the Denver metro area.
This is an unpaid internship, though the intern can raise financial support to earn a stipend.
The intern may have the opportunity to attend a YFCamp, if they raise financial support to cover the expense of attending the camp.
There may also be some additional travel associated with the internship.
